Rob Mills is one of Australia’s best known and loved leading performers and has built an impressive career as a performer across film, television, stage and musicals as well as recording artist and celebrity.

Rob first came to Australia’s attention in 2003 as a finalist on the first series of Australian Idol. Following this success and a national Idol Tour, he was soon signed to BMG. His first single Ms.Vanity debuted at #6 on the Australian charts, reaching Gold status.  His debut album Up All Night was released in June 2004.

Rob was thrilled to be cast in the role of Fiyero in the highly acclaimed Broadway Musical Wicked and played over 500 shows in Melbourne and Sydney, receiving rave reviews for his performance and establishing Rob as one of Australia’s favourite leading men. Other leading roles include Sam Wheat in Ghost, (Helpmann Award nomination for Best Actor), Jesus in Jesus Christ Superstar, Danny Zuco in Grease (National Tour), Warner in Legally Blonde,  Jamie in The Last Five Years,  Cinderella’s Prince in Into the Woods, and Claude in Hair.

Rob was cast as the ever-troubled villain and series regular, Finn Kelly in Neighbours. Rob’s combination of irreverent personality, an innate ability to ad-lib means he’s the perfect MC and proven television presenter. During the 2015 cabaret season, Rob launched to rave reviews his first one-man cabaret show Rob Mills is Surprisingly Good, a show inspired by the ‘surprisingly good’ reviews he always manages to receive from critics and audiences; the show received a nomination for Best Cabaret at the Sydney Theatre Awards.

The album Up All Night and Grease Australian Cast Recording are available on iTunes and Spotify.
