Is there a COVID-19 Safety plan in place?

  1. Your safety is our priority. 

  • Each venue will operate in accordance with the requirements of the State Government’s advice at the time of the performance

  • Social distancing measures have been put in place within the venue to ensure the health and wellbeing of patrons. Please observe all signage and directions from staff. By entering the venue, you agree to abide by the venue’s Conditions of Entry.

  • Prior to attending the venue, we encourage you to download and register your details on the Australian Government’s COVIDSafe app.

2. How will contact tracing be conducted?

  • The ticket purchaser’s contact information is collected by the venue, Ticketmaster or other reseller’s when you purchase the tickets. This information is collected and held under the respective privacy policies. 

  • Ticket purchaser information will be used for contact tracing purposes in the event of a case being detected for close contact patrons.

  • Customers purchasing tickets at the venue will have appropriate contact details collected by the Box Office.

3.What if I am feeling unwell prior to the performance?

  • If you are feeling unwell, please stay home

  • If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or are waiting for a test result, or become ill and are required to self-isolate, please contact your point of purchase.

  • If a suitable performance cannot be found you are eligible for a full refund. 

4. What if I am feeling unwell on the day of the performance? 

  • Please do not attend the show if you have cold or flu-like symptoms on the day you are due to attend a performance.  You must contact the venue directly who will be able to assist.

5. What should I do if, after attending CHESS, I later suspect or have had confirmation of a case of COVID-19?

You must notify the Venue you attended without delay so the venue can undertake appropriate cleaning and contact tracing.
